Next video is by Ari Tanninen about the scrum not being enough. Despite all the technical difficulties that were against us the talk was great! We hope Ari still will have a chance to show his great animations on Agile Saturdays yet to come! 
This talk moved a lot of our guests because problems described there are so close to the skin for so many of us. Many thanks for visiting us, it was great to see you!

Once again we are really glad that Mattias could visit us from a far-far-away Sweden!
It's been a long time since last Agile Saturday. And it has been a great summer! Despite all the impediments the videos from Agile Saturday that happened in May are ready!
Unfortunately the video quality is not that we have expected. So probably you won't be able to fully enjoy them on big-size TV with top-notch sound system. However, it is good enough to get the feeling from Agile Saturday and learn something. Enjoy them here!

Next Agile Dinner will happen on 17-th of August in club Liverpool. It seems that we were not meeting frequently enough for Relaxcafe to remain operating

We hope everyone has a wonderful summer. It is time to get back slowly to working mood, even though it is very complicated. For us it is also time to get together and see what we want to achieve in nearest future.

Let's meet for Agile Dinner and make the retrospective on the last Agile Saturday.
Our goal is to constantly improve! Let's talk about the event and figure out how we can make the event even better!
We will try to meet in the usual place. For the last several times we met in Liverpool that is on the second floor from the previous agile meeting point - Relaxcafe.
As usual, we will talk about other Agile topics too.

The second AgileSaturday event went through very nicely despite some technical and coffee problems. Good weather was all against us, but we still had over hundred guests. Next AgileSaturday improvement suggestion would be to organize the event over cold and windy weekend!
Many thanks to everyone who came. We hope you enjoyed the talks, discussions and everything as much as we did!

It has been a long wait. Finally the date has come and it is tomorrow!

Time flies! Agile Saturday is already this week Saturday!
We have extensive program for a day, that is final now. This time we have four experts from abroad sharing their experiences. We have experts from Estonia sharing their know-how. There will be two tracks of talks and non-stop open-space discussions. It is much bigger than the last Agile Saturday!

We are excited to announce that Lasse Ziegler joined the Agile Saturday team to make a memorable performance!
Lasse is CTO of Houston Inc.. He has strong technical background. Currently he is an Agile Coach working together with world-known experts that influence Agile community and its trends.

More information leaks out about our guests. As it turned out Mattias Skarin has recently published a book that he has written together with the one and only Henrik Kniberg - "Kanban and Scrum - making the most of both".
Definitely worth taking a look. You remember that Mattias is coming to Agile Saturday on 15-th of May and we would be able to ask tricky questions Mattias himself.
