Why are we so bad at feedback? Feedback is an important part of what we do and how we do it, yet most people struggle to give and receive feedback effectively. During this session we will look at ways we develop our skills in this area, which will enable us to have more productive conversations and improve our results.

He is especially passionate about supporting new leaders in tech and empowering them with the tools to lead and grow their teams sustainably.
