Exploration of AntiPatterns: from Development to Leadership.

Topic Summary

Have you ever discovered an antipattern in your work?

Antipattern refers to an approach in development that initially appears to be a good solution, but ultimately leads to negative consequences. It is essentially a pattern of behaviour that is counterproductive and goes against established best practices or principles. Where can we find them?

Antipatterns can occur at various levels in (not only) software development and can manifest as recurring problems, inefficient processes, or ineffective strategies that hinder the development team’s ability to deliver high-quality software. We’ll look beyond the surface to explore the common and lesser-known antipatterns and their impact on business outcomes and team dynamics in all three domains – development, architecture and management.

Let’s find a path to smoother software development, with a culture of good collaboration and leadership.
