Bio

Born and residing in Riga, Latvia, I hold a Master’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Riga Technical University. My career began as a technician and engineer in a firm specializing in low voltage and security systems. I then joined an incubator with a drone startup idea, which paved the way for my transition to a Scrum Master role at Tietoevry. Over the next three years, I worked with multiple teams in a large-scale scrum setup on a payment card system. For next 2 years I worked as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at 1nce, where I collaborated on various telco IoT products in a DevOps environment. I am currently contributing to process improvement at Printify. In parallel, I am a trainer for Agile foundations and an OKR course.
