Topic: Kill your feature-based roadmaps before they kill your business

Topic

Kill your feature-based roadmaps before they kill your business.

Topic summary

Traditional feature-based roadmaps may seem like a solid plan for success, but they often create a false sense of certainty. By locking teams into rigid plans, businesses risk losing the flexibility needed to adapt to changing customer needs and market dynamics.

This session will challenge the conventional roadmap mindset, showcasing how leaders can adopt a more flexible, outcome-driven approach. By focusing on impact rather than output, teams can explore, experiment, and uncover the best solutions to real customer problems.

Attendees will gain insights into modern product management practices that emphasize learning, adaptability, and continuous improvement — essential for staying competitive in today’s fast-paced environment. Discover how shifting to an outcome-focused roadmap can unlock greater agility, drive business success, and help teams deliver real value.
