Bio

During her career in IT, Julia has worked as a Software Engineer, Project Manager, Scrum Master and Enterprise Agile Coach. She is highly passionate about team coaching being a genuine believer in the huge potential of teamwork, Julia is also enthusiastic about designing inspirational trainings and facilitating creative workshops, as well as running experiments at all levels: personal, teams, and organization.

Julia drives the Agile community in Estonia. She started Tallinn Agile Meetups and is part of the Agile Saturday Tallinn conference organizers’ team.

Now, Julia works as an Agile Coach at an Estonian start-up, Scoro, and she also runs her own company providing training and consulting services.
